Stroke-like migraine attacks after radiation therapy (SMART) syndrome presenting as a migraine copycat: A case report

Methods Results: We 57-year-old man suffering from diffuse astrocytoma presenting SMART perfectly mimicking his antecedent visual He was treated intravenous steroid inducing rapid response. Thus, sudden intensification relapse previous in patient remote radiotherapy constitutes red flag irradiation cured stable tumor disease on recent MRI.
